Resume:

Sakamichi Onada is a high school student and especially a complete otaku. Nothing escapes him in the matter of manga, video games and other figurines. His invasive passion even pushes him to make an average of 90 kilometers per week by bike!

But one fine day, Sakamichi crosses into a coffee maid a fellow of his high school named Shōkichi Naruko. He sees Sakamichi as an incredible potential and decides, with his friend Shunsuke Imaizumi, to cut him off from his loneliness and integrate him to the cycling club to compete.
